Christmas Salmon Wellington with Spinach, cream cheese & all the trimming

The Ultimate Festive Centerpiece: Salmon Wellington with All the Trimmings

Elevate your holiday table or special gathering with a show-stopping alternative to the traditional roast. Our signature Salmon Wellington with All the Trimmings brings together luxury, elegance, and incredible flavors for an unforgettable dining experience.

The Main Event: Golden Salmon Wellington

• The Catch: A pristine, sustainably sourced side of fresh salmon fillet, prized for its rich flavor and tender, flaky texture.

• The Filling: Layered generously with vibrant, garlicky wilted spinach and a rich, velvety cream cheese blend infused with fresh dill, lemon zest, and cracked black pepper.

• The Pastry: Wrapped entirely in layers of buttery, golden puff pastry that bakes up flaky, crisp, and beautifully golden brown, scored with an intricate pattern that makes it a true work of art.

The Lavish Trimmings & Accompaniments

To complement the rich, buttery pastry and delicate salmon, our feast comes complete with a curated selection of gourmet sides:

• Lemon & Herb Roast Potatoes: Golden baby potatoes roasted with garlic, sea salt, and fresh rosemary until wonderfully crisp on the outside and tender within.

• Velvety White Wine & Dill Sauce: A silky, luxurious cream sauce simmered with shallots, white wine, and fresh garden dill to pour generously over each slice.

• Garlic-Butter Green Beans & Asparagus: Crisp-tender green spears tossed in rich garlic butter and toasted almonds for a fresh, vibrant pop of color and crunch.

• Roasted Honey-Glazed Carrots: Tender heritage carrots kissed with a touch of honey and roasted until sweet and caramelized at the edges.

• Zesty Cranberry & Orange Relish: A bright, refreshing fruit compote that adds a wonderful sweet-and-tart contrast to the rich seafood.
